Emails will be answered within 2 business days.
(All emails that come in over the weekend will be answered on the following Monday)
Note : Due to the enormous amount of emails we receive per day, all general questions
that our website can answer will be directed to www.animeARIGATO.com
Payment method
We accept Visa, Master, American Express, Discover cards, and PayPal.
Note : Products in stock will be shipped within 24 HOURS of processing your order
with the exception of weekend and holidays.
Mail-In Orders
We accept Money Order and Cashier's Check only.
Here's a simple way to figure out your total:
- Log on to our website
- Click "order" for the item you wish order
- Click "checkout"
- Type in your shipping information and press "continue"
- To your right, there should be a box labeled "Your Order"
Copy, paste, print, fill out a check and your ready to mail your order ^^
Note: "Your Order" might not have the item number so please manually write down the item
number next to the item.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping charges are processed according to the number of items.
USPS Priority Shipping: Usually takes 2-5 days.
Note: Delivery to P.O. Box address and Military Base address may take a week longer.
We are offering any INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING at the moment.
Backordered/Preordered Items
We advance charge ALL Backordered and Preordered items.
Backordered/Preordered items may take from a week to more than a month to obtain.
We charge you in advance for these items because the time limit we could hold your
card information is a month. We do our best to obtain these items so we ask you to
be patient when ordering backorderd/preordered items ^^
Note: These items work in a first come first serve basis. We would like to advise you
to not cancel because if you try re-ordering it, you will be dropped done to the
bottom of the list.
BACKORDERED/PREORDERED ITEMS WILL NOT BE CHARGED THE SHIPPIN FEE
TWICE. They will be sent through Media mail.
Lost Shipments
We cover lost shipments under one conditions:

- If the package was literally lost with no reached destination.
Customers seems to impute wrong shipping addresses all the time and therefore the
package is sent to an incorrect address. If your package reaches an incorrect destination
due to the wrong address you imputed, but luckily, whomever received your package returns it back to us, we will ship it out to you again. Unfortunately, if that is not the case, we cannot reimburse you for your lost shipment.
Returns/Exchanges
Our return and exchange policy is very strict so please read carefully before moving on.
Returns
ALL MANGAS AND ACCESSORIES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE AND WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR A STORE CREDIT.
ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES HAS A GRACE PERIOD OF 10 DAYS.
You are welcome to return "unopened" DVDs and CDs but you will be issued either a STORE CREDIT or a
EXCHANGE that is equal to or greater than the original item.
Store Credit and Exchanges are only possible if the original package IS NOT OPENED and upon our approval
Also, before returning or exchanging an item YOU MUST have our authorization, which
can be achieved through customer service.
Here are the steps YOU MUST complete in order to process a refund/exchange:
- Contact us at www.customerservice@animeARIGATO.com
- We will email you a "Return form" which you must completely fill out and re-send.
* You must COMPLETELY fill out everything for your request to be processed.
- We will resend your "Return Form" with a confirmation number on the bottom
of the page.
- . Print the email that contains the confirmation number, put in your packaged and ship.
Note: "Return forms" that does not contain the confirmation number WILL NOT be
processed and will be returned back to you at your own shipping cost.
This rule applies to everyone and will be STRICTLY reinforced meaning there are NO
EXCEPTIONS.
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible ONLY IF the item is defective.
If an item is returned to us but we find no detection of defect, we will ship the item back
to you and you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
If the DVD is claimed defective, our team will review the DVD and if proven defective
we will send you another copy of THE SAME DVD.
Note: You cannot exchange a certain title for another title because it was defective.
BOTH REFUND AND EXCHANGES MUST BE NOTIFIED TO US WITHIN 10 DAYS
CANCELLATION
You are given a grace period of 24 hours to cancel your order.
If you are to cancel anytime after that, we will refund you minus a deduction of
15% from your total price for Re-Stocking fee. All orders are hled for a maximun of 15 days and if it cannot be fulfilled in that time frame, you will be reimburse.
